                        Many countries are within the region known as Oceania. However, they can easily be devided into two groups, South East Asia and Polynesia Melanesia, & Micronesia. This website with go through the various time periods in which these countries and cultures developed.

                        ***Much of the regions in Polynesia, Micronesia, and Melanesia were without a written language for much of history and there for there many be little research or knowledge about certain regions until later on in the development of this website as we approach the 19th century.

                        South East Asia.

                        South East Asia includes some countries that are on land as well as many islands. These countries include Cambodia, Laos, East Timor, Brunei, Myanmar(Burma), Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Peninsular Malaysia.                         Polynesia, Melanesia, Micronesia.

                        It is composed of three regions (Polynesia, Melanesia, and Micronesia) and has over 30 islands of all sizes. Countries in these regions include Australia, American/ Western Samoa, Niue, Tuvalu, Cook Islands, Tonga, French Polynesia, Pitcarn, Figi, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Guam, Nauru, Palau, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Kiribatu, and Northern Mariana Islands.
